Energy audits for offices and commercial buildings in Mumbai

In Mumbai's offices and commercial buildings, air conditioning usually dominates the bill, followed by lighting, lifts and IT loads. Commercial tariffs make every avoidable unit expensive.

Our auditors review your BEST, Adani Electricity, Tata Power or MSEDCL bills, survey the HVAC plant or split units, lighting, lifts and UPS systems, and deliver a measure list ranked by payback — from no-cost set-point and scheduling changes to equipment upgrades.

Where the money goes

Air conditioning

Low set-points, old split units with poor star rating, dirty coils and chillers or AHUs running outside occupied hours.

Lighting

Non-LED fittings and lights left on in unoccupied areas.

After-hours load

Equipment, signage and AC running overnight and on holidays.

Demand and power factor

Contract demand and power factor not matched to the actual load.

Frequently asked questions

We are tenants. Is an audit still useful?

Yes. Many measures — set-points, scheduling, LED, controls and AC maintenance — are within a tenant's control. The report separates them from building-level measures.

Will the audit disturb our working hours?

Most survey work is non-intrusive and can be scheduled before or after peak hours. We agree the plan with your facility team.

Can you check if our tariff category is right?

Yes. The bill analysis checks the category and charge lines against the applicable tariff and flags anything that needs a DISCOM application.

Do you provide the report in Hindi or Marathi?

Yes. The online report and PDF can be produced in English, Marathi or Hindi.
